Slave Dragon To'jin'kai
To’jin’kai are brought into being by powerful necromantic rituals involving stolen dragon eggs. Their very existence is anathema to true dragons who hate even the scent of such creatures and will not suffer any to live.

The beasts themselves appear to be gaunt, almost skeletal dragons with dry, shriveled flesh. Their wings as tattered and leathery and their bodies are wrapped in heavy chains that writhe as if by their own volition. Their eyes are pure silver with no hint of pupil or iris.

To’jin’kai are ‘born’ with a fierce sense of loyalty to their creator and a need to follow a powerful master. If their master is slain, they will avenge them, then seek out a new master whom they judge worthy of their service.

COMBAT

To'jin'kai fight with unrelenting fury in defense of their masters. They prefer to open combat by casting blackout, followed by attempting to grapple with their chains.

Desiccation Breath (Su): Once every 1d4 rounds, a To'jin'kai can unleash a gout of arid gas, which effects everything in a 60ft cone as horrid wilting (DC 29)

Chains (Ex): A To'jin'kai's body is wrapped in heavy chains which it controls like limbs. with its chains, the creature has a 30ft reach and the improved grab feat.

Chain Storm (Ex): Once every 1d6 rounds, as a full round action, the To'jin'kai can lash out in all directions with its chains, dealing 10d6 bludgeoning damage to everything an a 30ft radius. Reflex (DC 29) for half. This save is Constitution-based

Disease (Su): To'jin'kai are rife with virulent magics. Any creature hit with a bite attack must make a Fort save (DC 29) or take 1d6 Strength damage. This save is Constitution-based.

To'jin'kai Creation
The caster must acquire a fertilized dragon egg and 200,000 gp in materials.

The ritual takes one month, but the caster must wait a full year while the egg matures. Once the egg hatches, the To'jin'Kai grows to adult size in seven days.
